In his message, Kim, who is also the member of the Political Bureau of the Workers’ Party of Korea and vice chairman of the State Affairs Committee, acknowledged Mishustin’s professionalism and organizational skills, as well as his contributions to Russia’s socioeconomic development and defense.

Kim noted that he was confident that the traditional DPRK-Russia friendly and cooperative relations would be further strengthened under the leadership of the top leaders of the two countries, and wished the Russian prime minister success in the tasks assigned to him.

Relations between the two nations are going through an excellent time.
