On his X profile, the head of Cuban diplomacy called to respect for what is established in the Vienna conventions on diplomatic and consular relations, and to condem terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
Acts of this type, attributed to far-right groups, were recently perpetrated against Venezuela’s consulates in Lisbon, Portugal; Frankfurt, Germany; Medellin, Colombia; Vigo, Spain; Oslo, Norway, and San Jose, Costa Rica.
According to the Venezuelan Government, the attacks were coordinated by political groups that instill fascist hatred against the country.
In this context, Venezuela urged the governments involved to guarantee the integrity of its diplomatic missions, as established by the Vienna Convention.
