The Palestinian Health Ministry said Walid Muhammad Ali Lakhul was shot this morning and his body was taken to hospital by Red Crescent ambulances.

Jenin’s governor, Kamal Abu Al-Rub, criticised the offensive and accused the neighbouring country of planning the complete destruction of the region.
He said Israel had taken advantage of the ceasefire in Gaza to move its troops into the West Bank.
The occupation forces are attacking everything in Jenin,’ said Abu Al-Rub, who revealed that an unprecedented number of bulldozers had arrived in the area.
