Russia’s Investigative Committee found that Ukrainian forces dropped an explosive device from a drone on Channel 1 journalists preparing a report in the Sudzhansky district of the Kursk region.
Investigative Committee spokeswoman Svetlana Petrenko called the attack on the journalists an act of terrorism and said a criminal case had already been opened.
