In the report published Friday on its official Telegram page, it is detailed that the Central group of troops shot down more than 2,740 Ukrainian troops in a week, while the Northern group, more than 2,255; the Southern group, up to 1,365; the Western group, more than 1,315; the Eastern group, more than 1,100; and the Dnieper group, more than 460.
Kiev troops also lost 29 tanks, including three German Leopards, 205 armored combat vehicles, including 16 U.S. M113s, 331 automobiles, 167 pieces of field artillery, and three multiple rocket launcher system combat vehicles.
Between February 15 and 21, the Russian Armed Forces carried out 11 collective strikes against gas, energy and port infrastructure, as well as power substations supporting Ukraine’s military industry.
Also, anti-aircraft defenses shot down two MiG-29 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force, 17 French Hammer and two JDAM guided aerial bombs, 36 shells of the U.S. Himars multiple rocket launcher and one Uragan, one Neptun long-range guided missile, as well as 790 drones. A total of 58 Ukrainian soldiers surrendered during the last week.
Since the beginning of the operation, Russian forces have destroyed a total of 655 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 44,132 unmanned aerial vehicles, 596 anti-aircraft missile systems, and 21,688 tanks and other armored vehicles.
They have also destroyed 1,521 multiple rocket launcher systems, 21,926 pieces of field artillery and mortars, as well as 32,5 thousand specialized military vehicles, reported the ministry.
