“The fundamental objective is to achieve greater issuance of visitors to the island not only from Colombia, but from all the participants in the event such as Peru, Brazil and other countries in the area, and from the air connectivity facilities that we already have with the Colombian airline Avianca try to consolidate the sustainability of this operation,” she said.
She added that each of the Cuban travel agencies present will show their proposals and that many of these initiatives promote activities related to academic and cultural tourism, as well as the design of new circuit proposals.
The first of these offers, she added, is currently very feasible due to the existence of appropriate infrastructure on the island, where there are also professionals with recognized experience.
