As the spokesman told the press on Wednesday, a welcoming ceremony will be held first, followed by a small talk, then Russian-Bissauan talks, and then separately the two presidents will have a working lunch.
After that, the Russian head of state is scheduled to hold such non-public meetings in the Kremlin, Peskov said.
Moscow and Bissau communicate regularly at the highest level.
At the end of January, following up on the Guinean leader’s official visit to Moscow on May 9 last year, Putin and Embalo discussed cooperation between the two countries in the sectors of trade, investment and humanitarian aid over the phone.
The two leaders then agreed to stay in touch.
Since 2022, Embalo has been visiting the Eurasian nation annually.
