Two others were detained because they had left the national territory illegally while on parole.
With this operation, including one from the United States on January 23, there have been 11 repatriation actions from different countries in the region in 2025, totaling 296 persons.
Cuba remains firmly committed to regular, safe and orderly migration, while reiterating the danger and life-threatening conditions of illegal departures from the country by sea, the MININT press release noted.
