According to the newspaper’s sources, US President Donald Trump’s envoy for special missions, Richard Grenell, who previously served as Trump’s ambassador to Germany, has repeatedly traveled to Switzerland to discuss the resumption of the gas pipeline.

The Kremlin, in turn, affirmed that it had no information about any negotiation to restart such a gas pipeline.
