After presenting the Credentials to the Nicaraguan Foreign Minister, Valdrack Jaentschke, the Belarusian diplomat advocated strengthening ties not only based on the purchase and sale of products, but also on the best projects of Belarus such as the use of modern technologies.
“We would also like to develop issues in the pharmaceutical, public health, education and culture sectors,” Barchuk said in the presence of the presidential advisor on investment and international cooperation, Laureano Ortega.
The ambassador said that it is a great honor for him to represent the national interests of Belarus, which, according to him, will make every effort to support cooperation and give support to Nicaragua in different diplomatic and political arenas.
Taking advantage of the occasion, Jaentschke reiterated Nicaragua’s commitment to peace, dialogue and cooperation between nations and ratified the unchanging position and principle regarding respect for the sovereignty and independence of States. “We hope that your diplomatic mission will be productive and that it will further strengthen the ties that unite our countries,” he said.
Jaentschke added that Nicaragua and Belarus share the vision of a multipolar world where decisions are not imposed in centers of power outside the decisions of the people. “We believe in cooperation, in social justice and in development that prioritizes people, therefore, our relationship is based on mutual respect and shared benefit,” he stressed.
