Cooperation is not an option, it is a necessity,” Dmitriev wrote on his X account.
In February, Dmitriev said that Russia and the United States discussed possible joint projects in the Arctic during a meeting in Riyadh.
According to Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov, the two countries have a wide scope for cooperation in the development of natural resources in the Arctic.
