Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmail Baqaei condemned on Thursday Israel’s aggression against Syria, the destruction of civilian facilities, and a series of defensive infrastructures in the Damascus, Hama, Homs, and Daraa provinces, IRNA reported on Friday.
The news agency added that Baqaei denounced the occupation of important territories by Tel Aviv since the fall of the government of President Bashar al-Assad to date.
Through its Foreign Ministry, Iran urged the international community, especially the regional countries and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), to take urgent and adequate steps to stop the Israeli regime’s aggressions and end its impunity in the continuation of genocide in occupied Palestine, the release concluded.
