At a meeting of the Council of Heads under the Foreign Ministry, the head of Russian diplomacy reiterated that his country honors its contracts to guarantee supplies to needy nations.

It can be said that the active work of the regions truly contributes to the progressive strengthening of our country’s position in external agricultural markets and to deepening our cooperation with the countries of the global majority as a whole, Lavrov stressed.
