The diplomat stressed at a briefing on Friday that such a step would require the direct participation of Bundeswehr military personnel, and the target could be the Crimean bridge.
Zakharova noted that Christian Democratic Union (CDU) leader Friedrich Merz announced the use of such missiles against critical Russian transport infrastructure facilities, which would have serious consequences for Germany.
The spokeswoman added that Germany would be involved in a military action on the Kiev regime’s side if it decided to use missiles.
Earlier, Merz allowed the Taurus cruise missiles’ supply to Kiev, subject to an agreement with European Union partners.
EU top diplomat Kaja Kallas confirmed her intention to discuss Germany’s initiative to supply Taurus missiles to Ukraine.
