Iran rejects Israel’s threats over its nuclear program

Tehran, Apr 28 (Prensa Latina) Iran's Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi warned on Monday that there is no viable military option over its nuclear program, given the new threats from the Israeli regime.

The Iranian foreign minister pointed out that any attack will receive an immediate and proportional response.

IRNA reflected Araqchi’s words on Monday. He noted that Israel cannot dictate to Iran what to do or not to do and stressed Tel Aviv’s cheek in pretending to dictate to US President Donald Trump what he can or cannot do in his diplomacy with Iran.

The foreign minister also assured that Iran is strong enough and confident in its capabilities to neutralize any attempt by malicious foreign actors to sabotage or dictate its foreign policy.

Araqchi’s statements come after Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu affirmed that the only good deal in the indirect negotiations between Iran and the United States would eliminate Iran’s entire nuclear infrastructure.

Mediated by the Sultanate of Oman, Iran and the United States have already held three indirect talks for a new nuclear deal. The fourth meeting is scheduled for Saturday, May 3.
