Its managers and delegates in this archipelago proudly show their participation in the island’s travel industry, when many local professionals of the sector are eager to learn with their specialists the art of tourism.

This was the first foreign chain to enter Cuba under the approval of the leader of the Revolution Fidel Castro (1926-2016), who appeared in a video shown at the opening of the Fair, with historical images of the first openings and operations of that Iberian company.

Now its attendees at the Fair have pointed out that Meliá Hotels International Cuba participates enhanced in FITCuba 2025.

The event (April 30 to May 3) will be held at the historic complex formed by the San Carlos de la Cabaña Fortress and the Castillo de los Tres Reyes del Morro.

The company arrives at a special moment, on the 35th anniversary of its presence in the Cuban market.
