According to the Interfax-Ukraine news agency on Saturday, Zelensky said foreign leaders preparing to visit Moscow on May 9 are in danger if there are missile attacks on the Russian capital that day.
The head of State also said Kiev favors adopting the US strategy for resolving the conflict, which envisages an unconditional 30-day ceasefire, because it is impossible to reach an agreement in three, five, or seven days.
Zelensky also emphasized that the Ukrainian authorities are not responsible for the safety of foreign guests visiting Russia on May 9 and will not provide any guarantees.
He noted that the Ukrainian side recommends that foreigners refrain from traveling to Russia for security reasons, and the decision to participate in events is a personal choice.
