According to the senior Russian official, his country ranks first in terms of the growth rate of tourist trips to Vietnam, which is 110%, adding that Moscow is also working to create conditions for visitors from Vietnam.
He also recalled that the electronic visa work was launched for Vietnamese citizens, and the service is being increasingly adapted to their wishes, such as the period of stay of such entry permit up to 30 days.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that the tourist flow between Russia and Vietnam almost doubled in 2024.
