The deadline for entries is June 30 and all artists who have produced works between 2020 and 2024 in the categories described below are eligible to participate.

Best male and female performance in television, radio and live shows, Best artistic director of shows, Best stage-musical show, Best dance show, Best technical-audiovisual director and Best audiovisual director.

In addition, Best male and female live show presenter, Best oral narration show, Best staging for children with and without puppets, Best choreographer of stage-musical show, Best choreographer of dance show, Best scenic designer of live shows, Best costume designer of live shows, and Best lighting designer of live shows.

According to the call, proposals will be received from the Ministry of Culture, the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (Uneac), the Hermanos Saiz Association, the National Union of Culture Workers, Casa de las Americas, the National Center of Art Schools, the University of the Arts, the Provincial Councils of the Arts and Culture, the National Center of Art Schools (CNAE), and the Provincial Councils of the of Performing Arts, Institutions subordinated to the Council and the Technical Advisory Council of the CNAE.

Each institution may make only one proposal and must submit a video demo or trailer of the work for which they wish to be considered, as well as a written description of the work and the artist’s resume.

The application must specify the artist’s real and stage name, the expression in which he/she performs and, if he/she belongs to a company, the name of the company.

The videos may be submitted in person at the Communications Department of the Caricatos Agency.
