The project represents a new form of occupation engineering, siege, starvation, and subjugation against the Palestinians, as part of the ongoing genocide to destroy Gaza and displace its population, the organization said in a statement.

Although the initiative has not yet been presented, regional media reported that private US companies will implement it in areas under Israeli military control. The idea was criticized by the United Nations and the NGOs working there.

The PCHR considered that the new aid distribution mechanism violates humanitarian and relief norms, as international law stipulates.

It is also a deliberate move to exclude international organizations and neutral humanitarian bodies, mainly the United Nations and its agencies.
