According to what the military entity of the Caucasian country communicated this Sunday to the Azertac news agency, the maneuvers began in the territories of Azerbaijan liberated from the occupation during the clashes of 2023, and will last until May 21.

The military portfolio noted that in preparation for the exercise a meeting was held between the leadership of the event and high-ranking representatives of both countries.

The parties discussed the objectives and the scenario of the maneuvers, the area of their holding, the phases of preparation, security measures and tasks to be performed during the various phases.

Baku did not specify the number of equipment and personnel to participate in the exercise.
