This was stated the day before by Pedro Sassone, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs for Integral Attention to Venezuelan Migration, when he inaugurated the seminar in the Yellow House of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, according to a press release.
The meeting is aimed at studying the structural cause of the migratory phenomenon through a geopolitical, social and cultural debate, based on the legality of human rights, the diplomat said.
