According to them, the pastor’s presence in the CPT would be a deception, as it would cover up his involvement in criminal activities that endanger the security and future of the country.
Hence, he is denounced for his direct involvement in the embezzlement of vital funds intended for the intelligence services.
These resources were directed to enable the Haitian National Police to gather crucial information on gang modus operandi and to acquire the necessary equipment to fight crime. However, these funds were diverted from their original purpose through acts of corruption in which Joseph actively participated.
