According to him, so far this administration has seized approximately 38,5 tons of cocaine at sea.

From October 1, 2024, the beginning of the current administration, until May 18, the forces of law and order arrested 21,411 people for high impact crimes and seized 157 tons of drugs and 11,000 firearms, according to official data.

The administration is implementing a national security strategy based on four main lines of action: attention to the causes, consolidation of the National Guard, strengthening of intelligence and investigation, and coordination with the states.
