The Maan news agency reported that her children were burned alive in an Israeli air strike on their home in the Qizan al-Najjar area of the city of Khan Younis.
Civil Defense teams reported that the raid completely destroyed the family’s home and caused a large fire, after which they recovered the bodies of nine of their children, eight of them completely charred.
The news media informed that her husband, physician Hamdi al-Najjar, was seriously injured.
According to eyewitnesses, the doctor collapsed at the sight of the remains of her children, aged between two and 12, when they arrived at the hospital where she works.
The director general of the Ministry of Health in the Strip, Munir al-Barash, confirmed that the pediatrician works at the Nasser Medical Complex.
Al-Barash detailed that nine of her children were killed in the attack: Yahya, Rakan, Raslan, Jibran, Eve, Rivan, Saydin, Luqman and Sidra.
