“The Constitutional Chamber has repealed that illegal and arbitrary ruling by the TSE that revoked our legal status (…),” Ruth Nina, vice president of this political organization representing the indigenous peasant sector, stated.
She added that “it has been repealed, and that means that we now have a valid legal status and all political rights have been restored,” the national leader of PAN-BOL declared. Nina insisted that, with this constitutional ruling, they are authorized to register their candidates for deputies and senators, as well as their presidential ticket.
“On Monday the 19th, we tried to submit our application physically and they didn’t accept it, but we were able to submit it digitally. In that sense, we are within the deadlines, and to that end, the social organizations will enforce this injunction,” she warned.
Regarding the candidacy of former President Evo Morales, promoted by this party, she stated that it was organically decided that he be registered.
