The ambassador stated that during the visit, active until Saturday, cooperation agreements will be signed. He underscored the firm political commitment to strengthening bilateral relations and generating new momentum for economic transformation, and digital and educational partnerships.
The diplomat told VNA that despite the geographical distance, the bilateral relationship “has been steadily enhanced, cemented on friendship, mutual respect, and mutually beneficial cooperation.”
Thanh Binh also commented that the two sides maintain close coordination and mutual support in multilateral environments like the United Nations, the Asia-Europe Meeting, cooperation between the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), the European Union (EU), and other forums covering global issues.
Minh Chinh’s official visit to Estonia will be the first stage of a tour that will later take him to Sweden and France, where he will participate in the 3rd United Nations Conference on Oceans in Nice on June 9 and 13.
