The international judicial institutions have the authority to convict the leading perpetrator of this crime, Hatem told the Shehab news agency.

He said these crimes can only be understood within the framework of a broader political project that seeks to control the whole of Palestine.

He recalled that since its establishment in 1948, Israel has never officially defined its territorial borders.

Hatem pointed out that Israel does not respect international law either, as the continuous violations of the several resolutions on the subject passed by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) exemplify.
