Havana, June 6 (Prensa Latina) Cuban authorities ratified that next November will be taking place the 41st Havana International Fair (FIHAV 2025), the country's main trade exchange, according to a note published in Granma newspaper.

The meeting will resume near the end of the year and its attractions include a new edition of the Investment Forum, an extensive agenda of business audiences, product presentations, and an updated Business Opportunities Portfolio, the note reads.

A 30 percent discount on expenses will be given to companies participating this time as well as those that attended the 2024 edition, informed the Cuban Minister of Foreign Trade and Investment, Oscar Perez-Oliva Fraga.

Businesspeople, official delegations, chambers of commerce, trade and investment promotion agencies, as well as guests from around the world will be present at the event scheduled for November 24-29 at ExpoCuba fairgrounds on the outskirts of Havana.

The newspaper reiterated these announcements this Friday, also emphasizing the decision to maintain the traditional event, but in the second half of the aforementioned month, as the risk of hurricane season diminishes by that time.

He emphasized that the aforementioned exchange is consolidating its position as one of the most important spaces for economic consultation and trade in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Likewise, national and foreign businesspeople will be updated on the progress of the Government Program to correct distortions and boost the economy, and, as is traditional, national days dedicated to paying tribute to the participating countries will be celebrated, the message concluded.
