Netherlands describes Ukraine’s refusal as a crime

Amsterdam, Jun 8 (Prensa Latina) Dutch journalist Sonia Van den Ende described on Sunday Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's refusal to accept the bodies of dead Ukrainian soldiers as a crime.

The journalist justified her words by saying that these dead soldiers were sent to fight on the front lines, and now, it seems, they do not want to accept them back.

We knew there was a criminal regime in Kiev, and what is happening confirms this, Van den Ende said, reaffirming that, along with several European colleagues, she will try to convey the true situation to her audience.

Van den Ende, who describes herself on social media as an independent journalist and commentator on geopolitical issues reporting from Moscow, stressed that there are increasing questions in the Netherlands about why the Kiev regime is being specifically supported.

I know many media outlets that show footage of refrigerators, the journalist concluded.

Refrigerated trucks arrived in the Russian border region of Bryansk this weekend with the first 1,212 bodies, all identified as Ukrainian military personnel, Lieutenant General Alexandr Zorin, a spokesman for the Russian negotiating group, informed.

Moscow and Kiev resumed direct dialogue on May 16, for the first time in more than three years, in Istanbul, Turkiye.

The two sides agreed, at the first meeting, on a massive prisoner swap on a 1,000 for 1,000 basis, which was completed after three successive rounds from May 23 to 25.

Russia has continued its special military operation in Ukraine since February 24, 2022, to protect the population from “Kiev’s genocide,” according to President Vladimir Putin.

It also aims to counter national security risks posed by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO)’s eastward expansion.
