She underscored that fuel shortages remain extremely critical and affect life-saving facilities, including hospitals and water and sanitation facilities.

The spokesperson emphasized that people there risk their lives every day trying to find something to eat, or else, they risk starving to death because the aid entering the territory is very limited.
