The plenary session will take place at the Havana International Conference Center, beginning on July 16, to debate the evaluation of the compliance and impact of the Government Program measures to correct distortions and boost the economy.

They will also analyze the performance of the national economy at the close of the first half of 2025 and the update on the execution of the 2025 State Budget and the liquidation of the 2024 Budget.

In addition, other processes will take place, such as the accountability of the National Institute of Sports, Physical Education, and Recreation, and the report on the exercise of the highest oversight of the Ministry of Transportation; as well as the analysis and discussion of several bills.

On July 14 and 15, pre-meetings of the Cuban legislative standing committees will be held to analyze more than 80 issues on the national agenda related to the Cuban population.
