The main objective of the structure is to work with all sectors of national life, through an inclusive dialogue to bring the country out of the current chaos.

In addition to efforts for the restoration of peace in Haiti, it aspires to a transition focused on national reconciliation.

The movement – according to the digital newspaper Le Facteur Haiti – intends to work to unblock national roads, return to economic and social activities, and repatriate internally displaced persons to their neighborhoods.

This task would be accomplished through a rational security plan adapted to the current reality.

The political platform expressed its willingness to hold talks with all sectors, except with those who martyr the population through armed violence, either from the spheres of power or in the streets for their benefit.

Lape pou Ayiti – commented the newspaper – called for the reestablishment of the republican institutions, citizen confidence and peace, as these three elements constitute essential conditions for the holding of general elections in November this year.
