The institution’s director, Mercedes Marzan Delis, told Prensa Latina that receiving both awards has a special significance for the organization’s workers at the Santiago de Cuba branch, those in the Eastern region, and the country.

Marzan Delis emphasized that the awards are a recognition of human capital, service excellence, professionalism, and the way they welcome patients at the border with expertise, seeking human improvement, and providing all care modalities.

The executive added that they are very proud of what they do, and it represents a great commitment for all employees, as they must give more to life, to continue raising the quality of medical services, and improve the National Health System.
