In an event held on Friday, Rosa Elena Nieves, the general manager of the airline’s representation in Rome, highlighted that it is a pride to reach three decades of uninterrupted work with positive results and good development prospects, despite the critical situation in Europe and globally.
Yanet Mora, Tourism adviser at the Cuban Embassy in this nation; Arasay D’Angelo, first secretary in charge of Consular Affairs; other members of the diplomatic mission, representatives of airlines, travel agencies, tour operators, other aviation sector officials in Italy, and executives and members of associations of Cuban residents in this European nation attended the event.
“We come together to commemorate three decades of hard work, dedication, and passion for connecting Cuba with Italy and the world,” Nieves noted in her speech, and expressed her “sincere gratitude to everyone who has been part of this journey, and first and foremost to our team.”
She also acknowledged the trust of “our partners, tour operators, travel agencies, associations, and many other institutions that have collaborated to make these successes possible.”
The official told Prensa Latina that these achievements are the result “of the work of colleagues who led this office in the past, and the current administration keeps appreciating our highly qualified staff.”
