This morning Orsi will be handing over the post to Vice President Carolina Cosse and then travel to Spain, where he will participate in the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development of the United Nations in Seville.
On Sunday he will travel to Seville and attend a dinner offered by King Felipe VI for all heads of state present at the conference.
Orsi is scheduled to speak at the UN forum on Monday afternoon.
On Tuesday, July 2 he will travel from Madrid to Buenos Aires and on Wednesday he will attend the first Mercosur summit as president of Uruguay.
On Wednesday night he returns to Uruguay and, if the planned arrival is maintained, on Thursday morning, July 3, he will be receiving the Uruguayan blue helmets arriving from the Congo.
That same day will travel to Brazil to hold a series of bilateral meetings and later is invited to the BRICS summit in Rio de Janeiro.
