The military institution announced on its official Telegram channel that 26 of the attack unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were shot down over the Rostov region, 12 over the Kursk region, six over the Belgorod region, three over the Oryol region, and one over the Lipetsk region.
Yury Slyusar, Acting Governor of the Rostov Region, informed that an eight-apartment building was damaged by a drone strike in the village of Dolotinka, Millerovsky district.
Meanwhile, the Russian Air Transport Agency, Rosaviatsia, announced that temporary flight restrictions have been imposed again at the Gagarin Airport in Saratov to ensure the safety of civil aircraft flights.
The Russian provinces bordering Ukraine, such as Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Voronezh, and the Peninsula/Republic of Crimea, regularly report shelling, drone strikes, and other attacks from across the border, forcing the population to seek shelter elsewhere.
