At least one civilian was killed and several were injured after artillery fire hit the Zarqa area of northern Gaza City, the official news agency Wafa reported.

Five others died after a military attack on the Al-Shafi’i school, located in the Zeitoun neighborhood of the same city, where the military also demolished numerous homes, the source said.

Israeli drone strikes left two dead and dozens injured in the Al-Bureij refugee camp and two others in the nearby Al-Maghazi refugee camp.

Wafa reported seven deaths and 10 injurerd during a bombing of tents housing displaced people in the Al-Mawasi area, southern Gaza, and another death was reported in a similar incident in the city of Khan Yunis.

More than 57,000 Palestinians were killed in the Israeli military offensive against Gaza, which began in October 2023, while 134,000 were injured, with thousands more missing, according to official data.
