Djiboutian Minister of Energy in charge of Natural Resources, Yonis Ali Guedi, received Russia’s Ambassador to this nation, Mikhail Golovanov, and his senior advisor, Andrey Shanin, to discuss these issues, the local Ministry of State revealed on its X profile.

Guedi, also accompanied by his technical advisor Mahdi Waberi Hassan, praised the excellence of the bilateral relations and reaffirmed his Ministerial Department’s desire to benefit from Russia’s experience and technical and technological know-how in the said sectors.

He reiterated his commitment to working with the Russian Energy Ministry in the framework of a mutually beneficial partnership.

After thanking the African leader for his warm welcome and constant availability, Golovanov highlighted the quality of the ties between Russia and Djibouti.
