Foreign Minister Spokesperson Mao Ning confirmed that Wang will meet with Pakistani leaders and hold the 6th Foreign Ministers’ Strategic Dialogue with Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar.
Mao added that both sides will discuss strengthening bilateral relations and international and regional issues of common interest.
The spokesperson said China and Pakistan maintain a strategic alliance of comprehensive cooperation at all times.
She recalled that mutual trust and constant high-level exchanges define the essential characteristics of this relationship.
She explained that during this visit, China seeks to deepen the implementation of the consensus reached by the leaders of both nations, strengthen strategic coordination, and expand practical cooperation in multiple sectors.
Mao noted that the two countries will also strengthen their coordination on regional and international affairs, aimed at accelerating the building of a closer China-Pakistan community of shared future in the new era.
