He noted that the initiative has received broad support from the international community over the past decade.

The Vice President emphasized that the global energy system is undergoing profound structural changes, with accelerated progress toward decarbonization.

During his speech, he presented four key proposals: first, jointly promote the transition to green and low-carbon energy by strengthening cooperation in renewable energy, smart grids, and clean technologies.

Second, it is necessary to foster technological innovation in the energy sector, promoting the integration of energy with modern information, new materials, and advanced manufacturing.

Third, it is necessary to support sustainable energy development, with an emphasis on improving energy access in developing countries and increasing their energy security capacity.

Fourth, it also called for strengthening cooperation in energy resources and capacity through the interconnection of transnational and regional infrastructures, with the goal of achieving shared benefits.
