The ambassador conveyed a congratulatory message from the Cuban Foreign Affairs minister, Bruno Rodriguez, to his Honduran counterpart on the 204th anniversary of the independence of that Central American country, to be celebrated on September 15.
The meeting reaffirmed the strong brotherly relations and the commitment of Cuba and Honduras to maintain constant and constructive talks, the statement added.
