TSE sources stated that the capital of the Andean-Amazonian country is ready, and about 400 guests are expected to particiate.

Fernando Arteaga, secretary of the Chamber at the TSE, informed that exclusive access will be set up at the entrances to the 25 de Mayo square for heads of State, ambassadors, representatives of international organizations, and other authorities.

The Bolivian Police will deploy an operation with 630 officers to accompany the newly elected officials from the Alcantari International Airport to the Casa de la Libertad.

Security checkpoints will extend one block around the main square to prevent any incidents, according to reports.

The TSE announced that the official program includes the singing of the National Anthem; remarks by Oscar Hassenteufel, acting president of the electoral institution; the presentation of credentials to the new officials, and finally, the speech by President-elect Rodrigo Paz.

The lawmakers and senators elected in the August 17 general elections received, in separate ceremonies, their credentials from the TSE on October 29 in La Paz.
