This meeting began the day before with a demonstration along the central Condell Street to Plaza de la Victoria, which was attended by members of movement groups from Coquimbo, La Serena, Santiago, Talca, Valdivia, Ovalle, Concepción, Valparaíso, Viña del Mar, among other cities.
After the march, a political and cultural event took place at Insomnia Theater, which included the participation of members of the diplomatic corps, councilors, academics, members of political and social organizations, and friends of the Caribbean nation.
