Male, Jan 2 (Prensa Latina) Maldivian Foreign Minister Abdulla Khaleel expressed his interest in strengthening ties with Cuba in a congratulatory message to his Cuban counterpart, Bruno Rodriguez, and to the government and people of the Caribbean nation.
