Port-au-Prince, Jan 23 (Prensa Latina) Haitian authorities must continue their operations to dismantle the gangs, whose members are fleeing today without confronting the police forces, said Jesuit Father Jean Gardy Maisonneuve, director of the Karl Lévêque Cultural Institute (Ickl).
