The Russian delegation is headed by presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin, and Igor Kostyukov, director of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Russian General Staff.

Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov previously announced that the two-day talks, as of this Tuesday, will cover a wide range of issues, including territorial issues.

“This time, we intend to discuss a broader range of issues, including the main ones concerning both the territories and everything else.

These are, in fact, connected to our demands,” Peskov told reporters. The Kremlin spokesperson also recalled that the new round of talks will adhere to the trilateral format (Moscow, Washington, Kiev), and despite taking place on European soil, no European authorities will be present.

The United States confirmed that its delegation will consist of White House envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, President Donald Trump’s son-in-law.
