Remembering the words of the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, “Sport is health, and teachers will be lifesavers,” the president emphasized that this vision has been the essence of INDER throughout its 65 years of existence.
In a message posted on the social media platform X, Diaz-Canel highlighted that the Cuban model is based on three fundamental pillars: mass participation, high performance, and recreation.
“Congratulations to the athletes, teachers, and staff for taking sport as far as possible,” the head of state emphasized on the platform.
