Kolivand told reporters that the military actions also left more than 18,000 civilians wounded.
The official added that the shelling also affected 251 healthcare centers and 498 educational institutions in several regions of Iran.
The United States and Israel have been conducting an offensive against Iran since February 28 that has killed hundreds of people, including Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and several security officials.
Tehran, in response, has launched missile and drone attacks on Israel and targets linked to US interests in the region, amid a growing military escalation.
Several countries have condemned these attacks after noting that they have caused civilian casualties and damage to infrastructure in several Middle Eastern states.
