Fattouh accused the government of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the Army, and Israeli settlers of intensifying their attacks on the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.
The Palestinian leader noted that the offensive violates the ceasefire agreement in effect in the coastal enclave since October 10, 2025.
The PNC chairman emphasized that the actions of the far-right government and its military forces in the occupied Palestinian territories violate the ceasefire and reflect an aggressive strategy based on deliberate killing, attacks on civilians, and the destruction of their property.
He warned that the silence and inaction of the international community “encourage the occupying state to continue committing crimes against our people.”
In light of the situation, Fattouh called on the world to take urgent steps to hold Israeli leaders accountable and impose effective legal deterrents.
